“Figure at the Window" is an original work by Antonio Mignozzi, created using the artist's characteristic technique: a canvas fresco prepared with a material mixture reminiscent of ancient intonations, scratched marks, and lived surfaces. The frontal figure, defined by essential lines and a suspended gaze, is typical of Mignozzi's more mature phase, active between the 1970s and 1980s. The work features the front signature and, on the back, the artist's manuscript title and stamp, elements that strengthen its provenance and authenticity. The artist, born in 1942, studied between Bari, Rome and Milan, completing his training at the Brera Academy under Marino Marini.
